No. Any company selling products into the EU market — regardless of where it is headquartered or where it manufactures — will need to meet ESPR DPP requirements. VertilinQ supports global organisations with EU market obligations.

How long does implementation take?

For standard deployments using our industry templates, most organisations are live within weeks. Complex multi-tier supply chain environments with custom integrations typically take one to three months. We provide a scoped implementation plan at no cost before contract signature.

Can we start with one product category and expand?

Yes. VertilinQ is designed to scale incrementally. Many clients start with their highest-risk product category — typically the one facing the earliest ESPR deadline — and expand the programme from there.

Is our data secure?

All data is stored in encrypted, EU-resident cloud infrastructure. Role-based access controls govern who can view, enter, and export passport data. VertilinQ is GDPR-compliant by design.
